Soybeans, Wheat, and Corn are traded electronically on the Chicago Board of Trade from 7:30pm through 6:00am Sunday through Thursday nights. Electronic trading is done by computers matching bids and offers. The price traded the night before is part of the trade beginning at 9:30am each day. Click on the grain to go to the night session. What you see is a 10-minute delay.
